What is the minimum order quantity?

We have no minimum order requirement. Whether you need a single personalized item or a large bulk order, we’re happy to help bring your embroidery project to life.

How much does custom embroidery cost?

The cost of custom embroidery depends on several factors, including the quantity of items, the size of the embroidery design. In addition, a one-time digitizing fee may apply to convert your design into an embroidery file. Larger orders often benefit from better pricing per item. Please contact us with your design details for an accurate quote tailored to your project.

what is the digitizing fee?

The digitizing fee is a one-time setup cost required to convert your logo or design into a digital embroidery file that our machines can read. This ensures your design is stitched accurately and with high quality.
The fee may vary depending on the complexity and detail of the design, and it is only charged the first time we prepare your artwork. In some cases, the digitizing fee may be reduced or waived, such as simple text designs using standard fonts or larger bulk orders.
Once your design is digitized, it can be reused for future orders without any additional digitizing cost.

Can I get a quote for my custom embroidery project?

Yes, absolutely. We provide free quotes for all custom embroidery projects. Simply send us your design or logo, size of the embroidery, quantity, and item type, and we’ll review your request and provide a good price.

Do you do digitizing services?

Yes. We provide in-house digitizing for all embroidery designs we produce. We carefully digitize each design into a digital format to ensure the highest quality and best stitch results. We do not use third-party digitizing services, which allows us to maintain full control over quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the entire process.

Do you provide garments, or can I bring my own items?

We offer both options. For bulk orders, if the customer doesn’t have the items we can provide a selection of garments to suit your project. For single items or smaller quantities, we prefer that customers provide their own items for embroidery.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is typically between 1 to 7 business days, depending on our current workload, the quantity of the order, and the time required for digitizing the design. Larger or more complex orders may take additional time, while simpler or smaller orders are usually completed faster. We always strive to complete every order as efficiently as possible without compromising on quality.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer and cheque. For bulk or business orders, we also offer invoicing.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we ship across all of Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and order size.
We also offer local delivery for an additional charge, depending on the distance, as well as local pickup if you prefer.
